Overview
Extending from <Dreaming Chandra (D.C.)>, an episode of <Chandra Chronicles: in Neuroverse>(2019-25), <Dreaming Chandra: still IN NEUROVERSE>(2025) poses the question: “Through what rhythm might our neurons remain together?” Accessing the Neuroverse through dreams, Chandra(s) disperses into multiple neural alterities and traverses its space as a plurality of Chandras, each marked by distinct speeds and thresholds of sensitivity. In this context, surfing is not figured as a strategy of rapid arrival, but as a practice of remaining with differential rhythms. What the Chandra(s) come to learn here is a mode of coexistence with heterogeneous neural beings grounded in attunement, suspension, and shared duration.

《ACT 페스티벌: 뉴로버스》(2025)에서 선보인 <찬드라 연대기: 인 뉴로버스> 연작 중 <꿈꾸는 찬드라(D.C.)>에 이어, <꿈꾸는 찬드라: 여전히 뉴로버스에서>(2025)는 “우리의 신경은 어떤 리듬으로 함께 머무를 수 있는가”를 묻는다. 주인공 찬드라는 꿈을 통로로 뉴로버스에 접속해 여러 신경적 존재(분신)로 나뉘고, 서로 다른 속도와 민감도를 지닌 찬드라들로서 뉴로버스를 서핑한다. 여기서 서핑은 목적지에 빨리 닿는 요령이 아니라 다른 리듬과 함께 머무는 태도다. 찬드라들은 이 곳에서 충돌 대신 조율, 도착 대신 머무름으로서 다양한 신경체들과 공존하는 법을 배운다.
