0° — 00:00 (2025) is a single-channel video by Inhwa Yeom that reconsiders the signs through which a city is measured and understood. In the work, “zero degrees” and “zero o’clock” become empty points of origin and critical thresholds where multiple possibilities and residues accumulate.

Rather than depicting the city as a fixed and measurable object, the video presents an unstable space-time formed by fragments of memory that drift, condense, reflect, and refract. The viewer becomes a particle within the city, sensing an urban field before it settles into physical, administrative, or territorial borders.
